At Kimon we'll focus on you as an individual, starting with a thorough inventory of your needs, wants and existing skill set. From there we'll work together to build a strategy to move you onto a career path that suits your bespoke needs. We'll take a 1:1 approach to make sure we lean in and maximize your key attributes whilst working on minimizing and developing your areas of weakness. This goes for all our packages from 'The applicant' and 'The interviewer' to our bespoke career coaching sessions.

The Kimon Method's 6 steps below have been designed to work for everyone from students to graduates and experienced professionals. It focuses on you and your existing skills, following a skills-based methodology that works regardless of background, education, or any protected characteristics or neurodivergent conditions.
