My Story
Kimon has a long history, although I didn't know it the seed was sown nearly 10 years ago.​
​
At aged 20 I was diagnosed with Dyspraxia, and it was obvious my unique skills and specific differences were not truly understood in a professional setting. Combine this with an ongoing change in workplace values in my generation and I knew things had to change! Since then I’ve been working to build the resources I couldn’t find: A place to coach and train Millenials and Gen Z employees in their early careers to make the most of their skills and differences.

To achieve this I’ve spent the last 7 years working in the HR and Recruitment Industry in the City of London working for a University, several boutique consultancies, and global brands. I’ve worked with global organizations across the technology, legal, and financial services industries including Google, Facebook, Deloitte & KPMG.
In this time I’ve also studied at Durham, King’s College London, Cambridge and the CIPD. My MSC thesis on King’s specialised in understanding the work psychology of Millennial and GenZ employees in professionals services. I've also become a speaker and advocate for Neurodiversity as well as Mental Health FIrst Aid and ASSIST trained.
